The class will be held through the ZOOM online platform. As the course is an interactive and networking learning opportunity, class participants are required to join the online course by computer with video and audio capabilities.

REFUND POLICY: A full refund minus a $50 administration fee will be issued prior to 30 days before course start date. Although refunds will not be issued with 30 days, substitutions can be made or registrations deferred until the next Collection Operations class.
